After doing my research and realizing that I am not fit enough for P90X from P90X.com, about a week ago I purchased
. When I purchased it I thought I was ready for it, then I remembered the fourth of July, a time to celebrate our nation’s independence with barbeque was around the corner.
At the end of May my fiance and I set up our gazebo, bought a patio set and charcoal grill. Since he loves to cook (lucky me) I have been enjoying as my friend Jackie would say, “some good eatins”. He has barbequed shrimp, hamburgers, steak, hot dogs, corn and other fresh vegetables. There is nothing like barbequed food. It has this freshness that is incomparable to gas or electrically prepared food.
Knowing the fourth of July is around the corner it conjured up those food smells and tastes. These are something I do not want to miss due to a strict exercise meal plan. So as the stereotypical fat person I put Power90 on hold for after the “good eatins” had been eaten.
Later analyzing my behavior I realized that the motivation I had when I purchased Power90 had dissipated. I did not know what I could do to bring back this same weight loss excitement I had when I did my research, settled on Power90 and purchased Power90 until I remembered my colon cleanser from BlessedHerbs.com.
Since 2003 (give or take a year) I use to stalk BlessedHerbs.com. I did not know much about colon cleansing at that time. In June of 2009 I gave into the curiosity of seeing what lurks in my colon after seeing what lurked in the colons of others (Click the bold link if you are not eating, are not about to eat, have not just eaten and have the nerve to know what your colon may be housing. After the suggested meal plan and fast time of their “Better Option”, what was in my colon was the same as that in the pictures. I was fascinated, even more curious and certainly motivated to pay better attention to the foods I ate. This motivation lasted three months, one of my longest stretches of discipline.
Yesterday I opted for that long stretch and purchased another colon cleanser from BlessedHerbs.com. Based on my body’s reaction to heat and cold I opted for the Ginger again. It should arrive to my home at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. I am not looking forward to the fasting but I know after all of that sacrifice and strife there is a reward. The reward of eliminating these toxins, for me is motivation, motivation to proceed with Power90, at least I hope.
When I begin this fast I will chronicle daily but I won’t take pictures of my reward.
If you opt for BlessedHerbs.com, take 20% off your order with code SUMMER10. This coupon, I believe was email exclusive. It expires on July 2, 2010.
